Lightroom Preset - Graveyard Shift

Takes an ordinary shot and makes it look like it was taken at night with a purple blue caste. It was designed for a client who wanted a ‘spooky’ graveyard scene. Varying exposures will need tweaking in the Basic panel, for example you may need to tweak the exposure or brightness sliders. There is a small amount of vignetting you may want to change to taste.

great preset. Could someone prepare something like this for Aperture?

Thanks guys! Sorry I can’t help with Aperture, but it shouldn’t be too difficult to do. Basically it’s setting your saturation to zero and using split toning. Work the rest (contrast etc) to suit.

This was one of those fun jobs I got to do, but I don’t see a great deal of further use for the preset personally, so that’s why I decided to put it here in case someone else can find a use for it. It’s great to share these presets.

I’m really glad you are making good use of it. I hoped someone could use it. Would love to see some of your marathon photos. :)
